...is all that blogger.com will let me use to answer a random question. The tale below didn't quite fit into my profile.
Random Question:
The children are waiting! Please tell them the story about the bald frog with the wig:

Once upon a time, there was an old witch who lived in a forest full of beautiful fairies. She lived there because she was hiding from the law--she had turned the prince of the kingdom into a frog. So she had disguised herself as a beautiful fairy using some magic and a sparkly blue wig. One day the fairy queen decided to have a ball. She invited all the fairies, dwarves, fauns, dryads, and all the neighboring creatures to come to her ball. Finally the big day arrived. Everyone came, for no one wanted to offend the fairy queen by not coming to her elaborately planned ball. Even the witch came, dressed in her finest pair of fake gauzy wings and her silky pretend fairy dress. She danced for hours, chatted with the queen, and fell in love with a handsome faun. Unfortunately, the frog prince had also come to the party. Instantly recognising the evil witch who had turned him into a frog, he hopped over and politely began a converstation. "My what nice hair you have!" cried the frog. "So sparkly and blue! I wish I had hair like yours...alas, I am bald and green, and not a hair to my name." The witch had had a large amount of champaigne, and was rather drunk. "HEEE HEEE HEEE!" She cackled. "You can borrow my sparkly blue wig since you like it so much!" The frog prince smiled to himself and reached up to take the witch's wig off of her head. As soon as it was off, everyone gasped. This wasn't a fairy, this was an evil witch! No fairy would ever have such a wild and ugly tangled mane of messy hair. They arrested the witch immediately. The fairies brought her before the king, who made her turn his son back into a human prince. The witch was very sorry for her past, and reformed her ways soon after. The king took pity on her and instead of going down to the dungeons, the witch was sent to do charity work in the neighboring kingdom, where she lives to this day.

The End

That almost sounds like a fractured fairy tale from the Rocky and Bullwinkle show. Nice imagination.
