Ducking the mist from the sprinkler as it waves back and forth. Drinking from the hose. Water gun fights and being soaked. Makeshift baseball etc. Stopping the ice cream truck. Collapsing to catch fireflies. This is Summer.
I used to think it would be fun when I would be old enough to drive a car, to squirt people with a water gun in the summer time while parked at a red light. Then I realised I could be arrested for assault. Then I heard this story... I guess my plans have been ditched for now.
3&1/2 days until 2 weeks of vacation...
